Ayb Educational Foundation’s message on Teacher’s Day

Dear teachers,

On behalf of the Ayb community, we congratulate you on Teacher’s Day and express our gratitude to each and every one of you for your dedication to the mission of educating generations.

This is another opportunity to appreciate the role of the teacher and reaffirm our unwavering support for competitive, innovative, value-driven educators and education managers.

For nearly two decades, the Ayb Educational Foundation, with the contributions of its community and supporters, has implemented numerous educational programs in our country, the Diaspora and Artsakh, guided by its mission to transform Armenia through education. Within these programs, teacher capacity building and fostering a strong professional community are of key importance. As a pioneer in the field, the Foundation has successfully rolled out numerous initiatives for teachers, grounded in the Araratian Baccalaureate’s teacher development framework, developed in collaboration with University College London (UCL) Institute of Education.

In recent years, the programs we have implemented in cooperation with various international and state institutions - ranging from the teacher trainings, conducted as part of the introduction of the new state educational standards in public schools of Tavush, to project-based learning trainings across the regions and professional courses for education managers - reflect our commitment to fostering a new generation of educators and leaders empowered with cutting-edge skills and competencies. At Ayb we believe that quality and value-based education is the answer to many of our challenges today. Therefore, on October 25-26, we are organizing a two-day conference and more than 30 practical workshops for teachers with the participation of leading educational experts from Armenia and abroad.

Dear teachers, you are the driving force of education and the turning point from which the future can be transformed. Ayb itself was also created thanks to dedicated teachers who, years ago, instilled the importance of education in our founders, changing everyone's destinies and binding them to education forever. Driven by this very synergy, Ayb constantly fuels the progress of the Armenian educational system, creating world-class opportunities for everyone.
