A new phase of the Education Management and Leadership training program has launched.
The program aims to develop the leadership, strategic planning and management skills of school principals, thereby strengthening the education management system in Armenia.
Selected from around 300 applicants, 60 principals and aspiring principals are participating in the seven-month program. The trainings will be delivered through a hybrid format, featuring both in-person and online sessions.
The new phase of the program is funded by the H.Hovnanian Family Foundation.

In the previous phase of the program, implemented by the Ayb Educational Foundation and UNICEF in partnership with the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports and with the EU financial support, participants gained deep insights into contemporary education management approaches, leadership models and effective teamwork tools.
The program was not only a platform for transferring knowledge and practical skills but also fostered a community of mutual support and experience sharing.
A leader-principal plays a vital role in raising the quality of education, as they can shape a thriving educational community, foster innovation and inspire both teachers and learners.
