The latest stage of seven-month Education Management and Leadership training program for candidates of general education institutions’ principals was concluded. The program participants received certificates.

The program is funded by H.Hovnanian Family Foundation.
The event was attended by Vahe Gabrielyan, Executive Director of the Ayb Educational Foundation, Araksia Svajyan, Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport, Korioun Khatchadourian, Executive Director of the H. Hovnanyan Family Foundation, training experts and program participants.

The training program launched in September 2025 and continued until April 2026.
The training program provided participants with the opportunity to master school development planning and quality assessment, while strengthening their knowledge and skills in the strategic management of educational organizations.
The program received 298 applications, with only 60 candidates successfully selected.
The program was conducted in two groups in a blended learning format with total duration of 252 hours for both groups, including 143 hours of in-person and 109 hours of online sessions.
