“The Holy Translators’ movement has become the very pillar that preserved the identity, values and culture of the Armenian nation. We have sanctified the concept of translation and established special Feast of Holy Translators as a vital testament to our identity.”
Father Mesrop Aramian
Ayb is a unique continuation of the Holy Translators’ movement.
True to tradition, this year the feast reunited the Ayb community in Oshakan. Meeting with 10th-grade students Ayb Educational Foundation and Ayb School co-founders Fr. Mesrop Aramian and Aram Pakhchanian, Chairman of the Ayb Educational Foundation Board of Trustees, and Vahe Gabrielyan, Executive Director of the Ayb Educational Foundation, spoke about the symbol, mission and legacy of the Holy Translators’ movement and the feast. Fr. Ashot Safaryan, the spiritual pastor of the Ayb School, also joined the conversation.

The meeting served as an important reminder that the values of the Holy Translators live on today, through education, language and thought.
