With commitment to education excellence, the Ayb Educational Foundation attaches importance to the capacity building of teachers and principals, while also ensuring the continuous education of the professional team that trains them, guided by best practice and modern requirements. To this end, Ayb Academy launched a trainer development program, which was implemented by EVINAUX.
Quality teaching requires not only professional knowledge but also methodological and leadership skills. The program combined best practices in course design, effective delivery, and participant engagement, with a focus on practical exercises, analytical discussions, and real-world training simulations.
The program involved 14 participants who had the opportunity to explore new tools and methods, and to pilot them directly by designing and delivering their own courses.
The four-day training put an emphasis on trainer skills, covering the following key topics:
“The course gave me a completely new perspective on a trainer's role. It is possible to create a highly engaging and distinctive training course on almost any topic with careful planning, attention to the smallest details, prior exploration of the audience's needs and expectations, and a targeted use of relevant tools and methods,” says Anahit Harutyunyan, a course participant and head of the AB Program Development Department.
In addition to learning new knowledge and tools, participants also received feedback to evaluate their strengths and identify the improvement areas.
The Academy will continue to create new platforms for knowledge exchange and foster the enhancement of educational methods.
